Childminder

I left college in 2002 with a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years. I worked in a local nursery, where I started off as a Nursery Nurse and worked my way up to Senior Nursery Nurse. I then had my son Joshua in 2006. When he was 6 months old I returned to work at a different nursery and was there for just over year until I moved to my local  nursery in 2008.  I then had my daughter Ashley in 2010 and enjoyed being a full time mum.  I loved every minute but when it came to returning to work I realised that it's not easy finding work that fits in with the family. So, after talking to some local families and hearing how they were finding it hard to find childcare that was flexible and would fit around their work, I set up Judd's Juniors Childcare in 2012.

I love working with children and watching them grow and develop. Knowing I had a little helping hand is so rewarding. As a mum myself I know the importance of finding the right childcare that not only fits in with you but that can offer that important nurturing and loving hand to help the children grow and develop. This is something I can do as I have a small number of children, I can tailor each day to the children's own needs while they are in a loving home setting.

I also run our local Toddler group with my assistant Helen in Finstock Village Hall.
